Due to the collectible nature and value of our products, our return policy is carefully structured to ensure the integrity of the items and the fairness of all transactions.
General Return and Refund Conditions
Eligibility: You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means:
- Sealed Products: The item must be completely unopened, with all manufacturer seals and packaging intact. Once a sealed product is opened, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
- Graded Cards: The card must remain fully sealed within its original, tamper-evident grading slab. Any evidence of tampering, damage to the slab, or removal of the card invalidates the return.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (your order number) is required to process all returns and refunds
Process for Returns

- Awaiting Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
- Required Documentation: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the product itself.
- Resolution: We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged or incorrect item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pack-Kingdom.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend that customers with concerns about package security choose shipping options that require a signature upon delivery. For packages lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
